Free online Au Pair Bootcamp Training to ensure that you are well prepared for your Voyage ahead.
Requirements
• Be between 18-26 years old.
• Have at least 400 hours of childcare experience. This you can obtain by babysitting, tutoring, being a volunteer at a day-care or teaching practicals.
• Provide a minimum of 2 childcare references
• Have a Grade 12 High School Certificate or equivalent NQF Level 4.
• Have a driver’s license and be an experienced driver.
• Understand and speak English well.
• Understand and speak German on a basic conversational level.
• NB. It is important that you have a German A1 certificate as this is a visa requirement (if you do not have an A1 we can assist you to obtain it).
• Have a passion to work with children.
• Commit for one year.
• Be in good physical and mental health. (candidates on anti-depressants or anxiety medication will not be considered).
• Be a non-smoker.
• South African and Namibian citizens are accepted.
• Citizens from other countries will be considered
• Be unmarried & have no children.
• Have no criminal record or previous convictions.
• If you have a First Aid Training and/or any degrees and diplomas it will count in your favor and will give you an advantage with a stronger profile.
